For over 10 years now, The Word Company, the London branch of the language services group Caractères Etc, has managed the worldwide communication needs of more than 1,500 companies and public authorities, from micro-companies and SMEs to companies listed on the stock market. Big names in industrial and tertiary sectors call on our language expertise to better position themselves on new markets and boost their presence abroad. Every year, our teams translate around 15 million words, or the equivalent of 500,000 pages, in all language pairs.

In a bid to get closer to customers, Caractères Etc has boosted its international presence in opening several language services companies abroad. We now have offices in six countries: France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and Argentina.
