Analysing your needs

On receiving your request for a quote, one of our project managers takes charge of your project and remains your sole contact from start to finish.
The project manager takes note of your specific constraints (number of words, deadline, delivery file format, translation for information or for publication, etc.). They then analyse your document carefully (content, subject area, etc.) and then send you a quote.

Our quote

Our quote specifies the time schedule for the translation, the format and the details of the service requested (proofreading, check in final format, etc.). The project manager checks that the client has received the quote.

Our work methods

As soon as you approve our quote, the translation process begins.
The project manager gathers relevant information concerning your company, the field, terminology, etc.
The project manager checks that the document does not contain truncated or incomplete texts. The same person then chooses a translator specialised in the required field who translates into their mother tongue only, and then send the translator the documents to be translated, along with clear, specific instructions.

If you have a glossary, translation memories or documents previously translated, the project manager will give them to the translator to make sure that your document is consistent in terms of style and terminology.
Our project manager also informs you of any questions or problems that the translator is experiencing and ensures regular follow-up so as to guarantee the best possible quality in the time allotted to the job.

Our project managers and translators follow the guidelines set out by our quality charter throughout the translation process. The translator revises and finalises the translation before sending it to the project manager. In the case of a translation for publication, a second translator proofreads the translated document in full and makes any changes deemed necessary.

Your seal of approval

The finalised translation is sent to you via the e-mail address indicated on the quote that you signed. The project manager makes sure that you have received the files and are satisfied with the result. The project manager takes note of any comments the client has, makes sure any requested changes are made and sends you back the document as soon as possible.

Terminology management

As we work with long-term partnerships in mind, we create translation memories to ensure that the style and terminology of your documents remain consistent over time, be it for regular projects or for large volumes. Our technical setup enables us to use your documents to improve your future translations. Each new translation job is done on the basis of the translations previously approved, and is subsequently added to the translation memory and terminology glossaries associated with your project.
In addition, your new translation projects are always assigned to the same translator, who knows your company and your terminology, so as to guarantee you consistent style which reflects your brand image.
